Confused about food? Want some fresh inspiration in the kitchen? This practical 6-week course combines interactive cooking demonstrations with nutrition theory.
Taste a range of nutritious food while learning about:
- What makes up a balanced diet
- How to combine foods for optimum energy
- Healthy fats and where to find them
- How digestion works and how we can enhance it
- Where to find essential vitamins and minerals in the food we eat
- Boosting the immune system with food
- Tips for wheat and gluten-free cooking

Place: T Block, 75 Nile street, NMIT Nelson campus
Fee: $158 (includes delicious food tasting and course notes)
