This practical 6-week course combines interactive cooking demonstrations with delicious food tasting while discussing the basics of nutrition and how to eat well.
Taste a range of delicious recipes while learning about:
- balanced eating for optimum energy through the day
- nutrient dense foods and how to include them in the diet
- healthy fats and where to find them
- enhancing digestion with food choices and preparation
- where to find essential vitamins and minerals
- boosting the immune system
- tips for wheat and gluten-free cooking
